Our Process
Our process at Shelley Home Inspections LLC is designed to provide you with a seamless and stress-free experience. We thoroughly inspect interior, exterior, roof, basement/crawlspace, foundation, HVAC, plumbing, electrical, fireplace, attic, built-in appliances, and garage, using special inspection tools to identify any issues or areas of concern. Using Spectora's advanced inspection software we provide a detailed and understandable report and recommendations for any necessary repairs or maintenance. Inspections usually take 2-3 hours on site and reports are delivered same day of inspection. After your inspection is complete we do a walk through with client/agent going over the major findings or questions about your inspection. Our team is always available to answer any questions you may have and provide guidance throughout the process.
